On-line Consultation of state structures of the RK
Dear Portal user Since December 16, 2009 we offer you a new “On-line counselling” service. You can address any government agency concerning the following problems: • Explaining the RK legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan • Clarifying the state services rendering procedures • Competence of authorities in different situations etc. Please, articulate your questions so that to be answered in time. To use such a service, you are to accept the terms of the agreement, choose a state body to have counselling with, and to fill in an application form. In the section “Question status” you can check whether your question has been accepted and look through the answers given by the public bodies.

Я сдал документы на первую смену удостоверения личности (25 лет) и заплатил за срочность до 7-ми дней, по истечению срока ожидания я пришел за новым удостоверением и обнаружил там ошибку в отделе документирования мне говорят надо сдать на повторную замену удостоверения. Вопрос мне должны возместить ранее уплаченый налог за срочность до 7-ми дней
